When will it arrive?
Usually within 7–12 working days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way.
Will it be here before Christmas?
If you order by 4 December, it should be. After that we can't promise, but it'll still be there for New Year's Eve, and for next December.
How much is delivery?
Free on the Inside & Out pack, the 2-projector pack and any 2 or more tree projectors. A single Aurora or a single tree projector has a small delivery charge, shown at checkout.
How many do I need?
One covers a typical house front from 5 to 10 metres away. For the front and the side, or the house and the garden, the 2-projector pack makes sense, and it comes with a free tree projector.
Can it stay out in the rain?
Yes. It's IP44 weather-resistant, so rain and frost are fine. Keep the adapter under cover and off wet ground.
How far from the house should it go?
Five to ten metres. Further back covers a bigger area; closer in gives you denser, brighter points of light.
Does it work indoors?
Yes. Put it on a shelf or table with the round stand and point it at a wall or the ceiling. With the Inside & Out pack you can have the Aurora in the living room and the tree projector in a bedroom.
How do I set it up?
Push the stake into the lawn (or fix the stand to a wall), point it at the house, plug it in and press ON. That's it.
Is it safe?
Don't look into the laser and don't point it at people, cars or aircraft. Keep it out of reach of small children.
