Cancellations & Refunds

Your right to cancel

Customers in the UK and Ireland have a legal right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email us at gagadidi40@gmail.com with your order number within those 14 days, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us.

Sending it back

We'll reply with the return address. Please send the item back unused, with all its parts, and keep your proof of postage. The cost of sending it back is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

We refund the item price and the standard delivery cost you paid within 14 days of receiving the item back (or your proof of postage, if that comes first), to your original payment method. If the item comes back used or with parts missing, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged, stops working or isn't as described, email us at gagadidi40@gmail.com with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll offer a replacement or a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights (in the UK under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, in Ireland under the Consumer Rights Act 2022).
